Feels great i met him on july 1999 during his mall tour in manila...and i still have his "stay the same"album which he signed it for me...Thanks Joey just stay the same... :-)

@LLR1090 WOW!! Reading your post really hit home for me!! I suffered from severe depression for YEARS&I struggled w/ my self esteem. My best friend noticed I was constantly putting myself down&she told me to say,"I love myself," & "I'm not stupid." She told me to keep repeating that to myself until I start to believe it. Sure enough, my best friend pulled me through. This song came out during that time. I listened to it over&over again. It couldn't have come out at a more perfect time!

@SirDudeism - Hmmm... good question. We learn to love ourselves when we see our value in the world, how we able to contribute better to the welfare of others. You find your value when you see how much others need you. That's part of it; certainly there is more. But the main part of the answer is in finding the people who need you, people you can contribute too. It is then that they will tell how much you mean to them and how much they need you.

I LOVE this song... I was about 12 or 13 when this song came out and it got me through a lot w/ my bout of depression at the time... It still comes and goes from time to time, but this song... IDK... It just helps pull me through.
